We are farm based cheese makers. We work with our animals to produce the milk used in our cheeses.
We were the first cheese maker in South Australia approved to make raw milk cheese and, are currently, the only farm based cheese maker in Australia licenced for raw milk cheese production.
Our animals are free range and graze on 200 acres.
