Hindmarsh Valley Dairy specialises in the production of a range of goat and cow milk cheeses and dairy products based on traditional French, Italian and Swiss recipes.
Hindmarsh Valley Dairy operates on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia. We apply organic farming practices.
Our production is based on artisanal principles where the cheeses and dairy products are made on farm from the goat milk of our own animals and cow milk produced on our neighbour’s cow dairy.
We are the only dairy in South Australia licenced to sell Raw bottled Goat milk and in April 2013 released Emme a raw Goat milk cheese. This cheese is based on a Swiss style alpine cheese.
We are Kosher certified for a range of our products and when supervision is available are able to produce a range of Cholov Ysrael Kosher products.
Our production systems are based on HACCP systems which are licensed and audited by the South Australian Dairy Authority.
